UCC has confirmed that the winner of the ongoing LOOT.BET cup will earn a spot at the next cs_summit event.

The news brings an end to speculation about the prize on offer in the LOOT.BET cup after an earlier announcement mentioned only that the winner of the tournament would secure a spot at a North American event that had $150,000 up for grabs.

Beyond The Summit announced the first details about cs_summit 2 last weekend, with the event scheduled to take place from February 8-11 at the company's house/studio, in Los Angeles.

LOOT.BET Cup 2 is about to reach the knockout stages, which will feature 16 teams, six of whom were invited by UCC. The remaining ten sides were determined by a preliminary stage, which featured a best-of-three GSL format and two promotion matches.
